Digital journals

There is nothing to return — a digital journal is a file delivered by download. If there is a problem with the file, see our Refund Policy.

Paperback and hardback

Printed journals are produced individually to order, so we cannot accept a return for a change of mind. If your book is faulty, damaged in transit, misprinted, or not what you ordered, you are covered — email info@zentechnologist.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund with no return postage cost to you. Please do not send anything back until we have been in touch.
